The Butterfly’s Journey will not be held liable for any delays in shipping due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen worldly events. The Butterfly’s Journey also does not assume responsibility and is not liable for any delays in delivery due to unclaimed/refused packages or incorrect shipping addresses.

Note: The shipping address that the customer enters at the time of purchase will be the address that the package is delivered to.  

The Butterfly’s Journey therefore does not assume any responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen upon delivery.
